- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 8 slices rye bread, cubed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, Thousand Island dressing, and rye bread.
- Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
Notes
- You can use fresh or day-old rye bread for better texture.
- To make it a bit crispier, you can broil the top for 2-3 minutes at the end of the baking time.
