Description

A creamy, tangy, and sweet sauce that combines the richness of mayonnaise with the sharpness of Dijon and yellow mustards, balanced by the natural sweetness of honey. Perfect as a dip for chicken tenders, fries, or as a spread for sandwiches.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

  • 3 tablespoons honey

  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

  • Freshly cracked black pepper (about 5 cranks of a pepper mill)

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and freshly cracked black pepper until smooth and well combined.

  • Transfer the sauce to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

  • Serve chilled as a dip or drizzle over your favorite dishes.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a splash of hot sauce.

  • This sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

  • Adjust the sweetness or tanginess by varying the amount of honey or vinegar to suit your taste preferences.
