These Honey Mustard Surf and Turf Skewers combine tender beef sirloin and juicy shrimp, all marinated in a sweet and tangy honey mustard sauce. Grilled to perfection, these skewers make for a delicious and easy meal, perfect for a summer cookout or a weeknight dinner.

- 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.
- Marinate the beef and shrimp in the honey mustard mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated beef and shrimp alternately onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the beef reaches your desired doneness and the shrimp turns pink and opaque.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- If you prefer, you can add vegetables like bell peppers or onions to the skewers for extra flavor and color.
- For an extra layer of flavor, brush the skewers with some of the remaining honey mustard marinade while grilling.
