- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over low heat.
- Stir constantly until the chocolate chips are melted and the mixture becomes smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Add the cocoa powder and mix well until fully incorporated.
- Pour the fudge mixture into a greased 8×8 inch pan, spreading evenly.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top of the fudge and lightly press them into the surface.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours or until the fudge is set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- For an extra festive touch, you can add crushed peppermint or sprinkle some cocoa powder on top before refrigerating.
- Store the fudge in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
