This rich and creamy hot chocolate fudge is a perfect holiday treat! Made with semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and a touch of vanilla, it’s topped with mini marshmallows for an indulgent, melt-in-your-mouth dessert. Ideal for sharing during cozy winter nights.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over low heat.
  • Stir constantly until the chocolate chips are melted and the mixture becomes smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  • Add the cocoa powder and mix well until fully incorporated.
  • Pour the fudge mixture into a greased 8×8 inch pan, spreading evenly.
  • Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top of the fudge and lightly press them into the surface.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours or until the fudge is set.
  • Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • For an extra festive touch, you can add crushed peppermint or sprinkle some cocoa powder on top before refrigerating.
  • Store the fudge in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
