Description

Decadent brownie bread infused with hot fudge and chocolate chips, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup hot fudge sauce plus extra for drizzling

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until smooth.
  • Add the eggs, one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips and hot fudge sauce until evenly distributed in the batter.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Drizzle with extra hot fudge sauce before serving for an indulgent touch.
