- 1 oz coconut cream
- 4 oz pineapple juice
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- Chocolate sauce, for drizzling
- Whipped cream, for topping
- Maraschino cherry, for garnish
- Pineapple slice, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Piña Colada Base:
- In a blender, combine light rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and crushed ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the Piña Colada:
- Pour the blended mixture into a tall glass.
- Add the Ice Cream:
- Gently float a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the piña colada mixture.
- Add the Toppings:
- Drizzle chocolate sauce over the ice cream and around the glass for extra indulgence.
- Add a generous amount of whipped cream on top of the ice cream.
- Garnish:
- Place a maraschino cherry on top of the whipped cream and garnish with a pineapple slice on the rim of the glass.
