This Instant Pot Cheddar Ranch Chicken is a creamy, flavorful dish that’s quick to prepare and perfect for weeknight dinners. Tender chicken breasts are infused with ranch seasoning and topped with gooey cheddar cheese.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the Instant Pot and sprinkle with the ranch seasoning mix.
- Add chicken broth to the pot.
- Secure the lid and set the pressure cooker to “Manual” for 10 minutes. Allow a natural release for 5 minutes, then manually release the pressure.
- Remove the chicken and shred with two forks.
- Stir the cream cheese and shredded cheddar into the sauce in the pot until melted and creamy.
- Return the shredded chicken to the pot and stir to coat.
- Serve with a garnish of chopped green onions.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add additional seasonings or vegetables to the pot.
