- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Irish cream liqueur
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce for topping
- Whipped cream for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). In a bowl, mix crushed graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add Irish cream and vanilla, then mix in the eggs one at a time until fully combined.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust and bake for 50-55 minutes, or until set.
- Once cooled, drizzle caramel sauce over the top and chill for at least 4 hours.
- Serve with whipped cream.
Notes
For a decorative touch, drizzle additional caramel sauce on individual servings.
