Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup Irish cream liqueur
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce for topping
  • Whipped cream for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). In a bowl, mix crushed graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  • In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add Irish cream and vanilla, then mix in the eggs one at a time until fully combined.
  • Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust and bake for 50-55 minutes, or until set.
  • Once cooled, drizzle caramel sauce over the top and chill for at least 4 hours.
  • Serve with whipped cream.

Notes

For a decorative touch, drizzle additional caramel sauce on individual servings.
