- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika

- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow dish, mix together breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast in the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure it sticks.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken breasts in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Notes
- For a lighter version, you can bake the chicken breasts instead of frying them. Just place them on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.
