Ingredients

Scale

For the Jerk Chicken:

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup jerk seasoning

For the Alfredo Pasta:

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce

For the Side Salad:

  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Season chicken: Rub the jerk seasoning evenly onto the chicken breasts.
  • Grill chicken: Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes per side or until the chicken is fully cooked and has an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Cook pasta: While the chicken is grilling, cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat Alfredo sauce: In a separate pan, heat the Alfredo sauce over low heat until warm.
  • Toss pasta: Drain the cooked pasta and toss it with the Alfredo sauce until evenly coated.
  • Serve chicken: Slice the grilled jerk chicken and serve it on top of the Alfredo pasta.

  • Plate and serve: Serve the jerk chicken Alfredo with a side of salad.
