Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup eggnog

Instructions

  • Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, nutmeg, and salt.
  • Stir over low heat until melted and smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and eggnog.
  • Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Chill in the refrigerator until set, about 2 hours.
  • Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • For extra holiday flair, sprinkle a bit of cinnamon or additional nutmeg on top of the fudge before chilling.
  • You can add chopped nuts, such as pecans or walnuts, for added texture.
  • If you prefer a firmer fudge, you can reduce the eggnog slightly for a thicker consistency.
