- 1 pie crust, unbaked
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a pie pan with the unbaked pie crust.
- In a large bowl, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, shredded coconut, graham cracker crumbs, and chopped pecans.
- Stir in the beaten eggs and melted butter until the mixture is well combined.
- Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the pie is golden and set in the center.
- Allow the pie to cool before slicing and serving.
