Description

  • 1 pie crust, unbaked
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a pie pan with the unbaked pie crust.
  • In a large bowl, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, shredded coconut, graham cracker crumbs, and chopped pecans.
  • Stir in the beaten eggs and melted butter until the mixture is well combined.
  • Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the pie is golden and set in the center.
