16 oz bag coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)

1 large shallot, finely minced

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/3 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup buttermilk

1/4 cup whole milk

2 Tbsp lemon juice

1 1/2 Tbsp white vinegar

1/2 tsp kosher salt

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, buttermilk, whole milk, lemon juice, white vinegar, salt, and pepper until fully combined and smooth.
