Ingredients

  • 1 box of Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Green food coloring
  • Sprinkles (for decoration)

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
  • Add green food coloring, mixing until you reach your desired shade of green.
  • Break apart Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes and layer them in the bottom of a serving dish.
  • Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cake layers, smoothing the top.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, allowing the cheesecake to set.
  • Before serving, decorate with sprinkles and additional mini Christmas Tree Cakes if desired.

Notes

  • You can add more or less green food coloring to achieve the color you like.
