- 1 box of Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Green food coloring
- Sprinkles (for decoration)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
- Add green food coloring, mixing until you reach your desired shade of green.
- Break apart Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes and layer them in the bottom of a serving dish.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cake layers, smoothing the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, allowing the cheesecake to set.
- Before serving, decorate with sprinkles and additional mini Christmas Tree Cakes if desired.
