Indulge in a delicious twist on a classic! These Loaded Reuben Fries feature crispy french fries topped with savory corned beef, tangy sauerkraut, and melted Swiss cheese, all drizzled with Thousand Island dressing. Perfect for a hearty snack or a fun appetizer!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound frozen french fries
  • 1 cup cooked corned beef, chopped
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon caraway seeds (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven and bake the french fries according to package instructions until crispy.
  • While fries are baking, combine the corned beef, sauerkraut, and Dijon mustard in a bowl.
  • Once fries are done, remove them from the oven and layer them on a serving platter.
  • Spread the corned beef mixture evenly over the fries.
  • Sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese over the top.
  • Return to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Drizzle with Thousand Island dressing and sprinkle with caraway seeds if using.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
