- 1 cup cooked corned beef, chopped
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon caraway seeds (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven and bake the french fries according to package instructions until crispy.
- While fries are baking, combine the corned beef, sauerkraut, and Dijon mustard in a bowl.
- Once fries are done, remove them from the oven and layer them on a serving platter.
- Spread the corned beef mixture evenly over the fries.
- Sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese over the top.
- Return to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 5-7 minutes.
- Drizzle with Thousand Island dressing and sprinkle with caraway seeds if using.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
