- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices bacon
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup sugar-free ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise until well combined.
- Spread the beef mixture into a baking dish. Top with shredded cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
