- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well and cook for about 10 minutes, until the cabbage is tender.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
