Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well and cook for about 10 minutes, until the cabbage is tender.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
