Brownies:

Frosting:

  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk (or regular milk)

  • 1/4 cup butter, softened

  • 3 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.

  • In a large bowl, combine cocoa powder, flour, and sugar. Mix well.

  • Add eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until fully combined and smooth.
