Description

Delight in this creamy cheesecake that blends tangy lemon with sweet strawberry jam, all on a buttery graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a springform pan.
  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of the springform pan to form the crust.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared crust and swirl in the strawberry jam for a marbled effect.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set. Allow to cool before refrigerating.

Notes

For best flavor, chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
