- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a springform pan.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of the springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared crust and swirl in the strawberry jam for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set. Allow to cool before refrigerating.
Notes
For best flavor, chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
