- Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Dip Oreo cookies into the batter, making sure they are fully coated.
- Carefully place the coated cookies into the hot oil. Fry in batches for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.
