Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 box macaroni and cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Cook macaroni according to package instructions and set aside.
  • In a bowl, combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Press mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Spread cooked macaroni over the beef mixture. Pour milk over the macaroni and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
