Delight in this creamy and luscious Mango Mousse, a light and refreshing dessert perfect for warm days. Made with fresh mango puree and whipped cream, it’s a tropical treat that’s easy to make and beautiful to serve!

- 1 1/2 cups mango puree
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp powdered gelatin
- Fresh mango slices (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the mango puree, sugar, and lemon juice over medium heat until well mixed. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
- Dissolve the powdered gelatin in 2 tablespoons of warm water, then stir it into the mango mixture until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mango mixture until well combined.
- Pour the mousse into dessert glasses or bowls and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until set.
- Before serving, garnish with fresh mango slices on top.
Notes
For an extra touch, you can drizzle some additional mango puree over the mousse before serving.
