Description

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

For the Topping:

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup melted chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
    • Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
    • Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool completely.
  • Make the Filling:
    • Beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
    • Add vanilla extract and marshmallow fluff, mixing until combined.
    • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
    • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Assemble the Cheesecake:
    • Pour the filling over the cooled crust, spreading it evenly.
    • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
  • Add Toppings:
    • Once set, top with mini marshmallows.
    • Drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.
  • Serve & Enjoy:

Notes
