- 8 small flour tortillas

Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning and water according to the packet instructions. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lay out the tortillas on a baking sheet. Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce on each tortilla.
- Divide the taco meat evenly among the tortillas. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and mini pepperoni slices.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
