Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine Ingredients: In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix Well: Stir until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  • Let It Sit: Cover the dip and let it sit at room temperature for at least 1 hour. This allows the flavors to meld beautifully.
  • Serve: Serve the dip with your choice of fresh bread, crackers, or sliced vegetables for dipping.
