A creamy and cheesy spaghetti casserole layered with savory ground beef and marinara sauce, perfect for family dinners!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through. Drain excess fat and stir in the marinara sauce. Let simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Stir until smooth.
  • In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spread half of the cooked spaghetti. Top with the cheese mixture and spread evenly. Add the remaining spaghetti on top.
  • Pour the meat sauce over the spaghetti layers and spread evenly. Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  • Dot the top with butter. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
