Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
  • Press one cinnamon roll into the bottom of each muffin cup.
  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth.
  • Spoon the cheesecake mixture over each cinnamon roll.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until set. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes
