- 1 package refrigerated cinnamon rolls
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
- Press one cinnamon roll into the bottom of each muffin cup.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture over each cinnamon roll.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until set. Allow to cool before serving.
