Description

These Mini Tater Tot Cheeseburgers are the ultimate fun and flavorful bite-sized treat! With a crispy tater tot base, savory beef mixture, tangy ketchup and mustard sauce, and gooey melted cheddar cheese, they’re perfect as an appetizer, snack, or even a creative dinner idea that the whole family will love!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink.
  • Stir in ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
  • Spread the frozen tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the tater tots from the oven and top each with a spoonful of the beef mixture and a generous sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Return the tater tots to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
