- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag frozen tater tots
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink.
- Stir in ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
- Spread the frozen tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove the tater tots from the oven and top each with a spoonful of the beef mixture and a generous sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Return the tater tots to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
