- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup crème de menthe liqueur
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, crème de menthe, and peppermint extract. Mix until combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing just until incorporated.
- Stir in mini chocolate chips if using.
- Pour filling into the Oreo crust and bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
