For the crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the peanut butter filling:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 1 cup M&M’s, roughly chopped
For the chocolate ganache:
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz dark chocolate, chopped
For garnish:
- Whole M&M’s
- Whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- For the crust, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool completely.
- For the peanut butter filling, beat the peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well. Fold in the whipped cream and chopped M&M’s.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture into the cooled crust and smooth the top.
- For the chocolate ganache, heat the heavy cream until simmering. Pour over chopped dark chocolate in a bowl, let sit for 5 minutes, then stir until smooth. Cool slightly before pouring over the filling.
- Spread the ganache evenly over the pie. Garnish with whole M&M’s and whipped cream.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
