Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
