Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz noodles
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  • Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  • Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
