Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup coconut water

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the watermelon, cucumber, lime juice, honey, and sea salt. Blend until smooth.
  • Strain the mixture into a pitcher to remove pulp, then stir in the coconut water.
  • Serve chilled over ice.
