- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup coconut water
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the watermelon, cucumber, lime juice, honey, and sea salt. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture into a pitcher to remove pulp, then stir in the coconut water.
