For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Banana Layer:
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (to prevent browning)
For the Cream Cheese Layer:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Toppings:
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- Chocolate syrup for drizzling
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust.
- Arrange banana slices in an even layer over the crust. Brush the banana slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
- Gently fold the whipped heavy cream and vanilla extract into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the banana layer.
- Top with crushed pineapple, chopped strawberries, mini marshmallows, and chopped walnuts if using.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set. Slice and serve chilled.
