This No Bake Eclair Cake is a delicious, easy dessert that requires no baking but tastes just like a classic eclair. With layers of graham crackers, creamy vanilla pudding, and rich chocolate frosting, this treat is perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 2 (3.4 oz) boxes instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip
  • 1 can chocolate frosting

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk until it thickens.
  • Fold in the Cool Whip until well combined.
  • In a 9×13 inch pan, layer graham crackers on the bottom.
  • Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  • Repeat with another layer of graham crackers and the remaining pudding mixture.
  • Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
  • Microwave the chocolate frosting for 30 seconds and pour over the top layer of graham crackers.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
