- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies
- 1/4 cup sprinkles
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Funfetti cake mix
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the Funfetti cake mix and milk, mixing until fully combined.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well incorporated.
- In a 9×13 inch dish, spread a thin layer of the cream mixture on the bottom.
- Arrange a layer of Oreo cookies over the cream mixture. Spread another layer of the cream mixture over the cookies.
- Repeat the layers, ending with the cream mixture on top.
- Sprinkle the top with colorful sprinkles.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the cookies to soften and the flavors to meld together.
Notes
- For an extra touch, add more sprinkles between the layers or on top.
- Make sure to let it chill for the best texture.
