Description

Treat yourself to a delightful No-Bake Funfetti Oreo Icebox Cake! This fun and colorful dessert is easy to make and perfect for celebrations.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Funfetti cake mix
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the Funfetti cake mix and milk, mixing until fully combined.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well incorporated.
  • In a 9×13 inch dish, spread a thin layer of the cream mixture on the bottom.
  • Arrange a layer of Oreo cookies over the cream mixture. Spread another layer of the cream mixture over the cookies.
  • Repeat the layers, ending with the cream mixture on top.
  • Sprinkle the top with colorful sprinkles.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the cookies to soften and the flavors to meld together.

Notes

  • For an extra touch, add more sprinkles between the layers or on top.
  • Make sure to let it chill for the best texture.
