- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the brown sugar and milk, stirring constantly until the mixture begins to boil.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, chopped pecans, shredded coconut, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and let them cool until firm at room temperature.
- Refrigerate the cookies until set, then enjoy!
