- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a large casserole dish.
- In a bowl, mix together rice, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and water.
- Pour the mixture into the casserole dish and place chicken breasts on top.
- Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the chicken. Cover the dish with foil.
- Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes without removing the foil.
