    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • For the Topping:
    • 1/2 cup heavy cream
    • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
    • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
    • Additional Nutter Butter cookies for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • In a bowl, mix the crushed Nutter Butter cookies with melted butter until well combined.
    • Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust.
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, then allow to cool completely.
  • Make the Filling:

    • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

  • Prepare the Topping:
    • In a medium bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
    • Spread the whipped cream over the top of the pie.
    • Garnish with chopped peanuts and additional Nutter Butter cookies if desired.
  • Chill and Serve:
    • Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours to set before serving.
