Description

Indulge in the cheesy goodness of Olive Garden’s Jumbo Stuffed Shells, filled with a rich blend of cheeses and topped with marinara sauce. Perfect for a comforting family meal!


Ingredients

  • 1 package jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Extra mozzarella and Parmesan for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions and drain.
  • In a bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic, basil, salt, and pepper.
  • Stuff each pasta shell with the cheese mixture and place them in a baking dish. Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells.
  • Sprinkle extra mozzarella and Parmesan on top, then cover with foil.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove the foil during the last 10 minutes for a golden top.
  • Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.

Notes

For a bit of spice, add red pepper flakes to the cheese mixture.
