- Salt for boiling water

- 1/4 cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- Fresh spinach leaves
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare the Steak:
- Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak and cook until browned and cooked to your desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Prepare the Alfredo Sauce:
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan and Gorgonzola cheeses until melted and smooth.
- Add garlic powder and season with salt and pepper to taste. Keep warm over low heat.
- Cook the Pasta:

- Prepare the Balsamic Glaze:
- In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and brown sugar.
