Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup mustard
  • 1/2 cup chopped pickles
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large pot, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until beef is browned.
  • Stir in beef broth, diced tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, pickles, and macaroni. Bring to a boil.
