- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup mustard
- 1/2 cup chopped pickles
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until beef is browned.
- Stir in beef broth, diced tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, pickles, and macaroni. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for about 10-12 minutes, or until macaroni is cooked.
- Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
