- 24 Oreo cookies
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Crush 24 Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream and crushed Oreo cookies.
- Pour mixture over crust.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until center is almost set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can top the cheesecake with more crushed Oreos or drizzle chocolate syrup over it. Let the cheesecake cool completely before refrigerating for the best texture.
