Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  • In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  • Pour the cheesecake mixture over the Oreo crust and smooth the top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  • Before serving, garnish with additional crushed Oreos on top.
