- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the Oreo crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Before serving, garnish with additional crushed Oreos on top.
