Ingredients

  • 1 can (16.5 oz) refrigerated cinnamon roll dough
  • 12 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • Roll out the cinnamon roll dough and slightly flatten each piece.
  • In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreo cookies, brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon until combined.
  • Place a spoonful of the Oreo mixture in the center of each cinnamon roll, then roll it up and pinch the edges to seal.
  • Arrange the stuffed cinnamon rolls in the baking dish.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown.
  • While the rolls are baking, prepare the cream cheese drizzle by whisking together cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Drizzle the cream cheese frosting over the warm cinnamon rolls before serving.

Notes

  • For an extra touch, consider adding a few mini chocolate chips to the Oreo mixture.
