Description

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Dredge the asparagus spears in flour, then dip them in the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off.
