  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard (preferably Dijon)
  • 1 capful apple cider vinegar
  • Sweetener to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare the Chicken Strips:
    • Coat the chicken strips in beaten eggs, then dredge them in grated Parmesan cheese mixed with salt and pepper.
  • Bake:
    • Arrange the coated chicken strips on a baking sheet. Drizzle with cooking oil if desired and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Make the Dressing:
