Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
  • In another bowl, combine melted butter, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip each chicken breast into the mayonnaise mixture, then coat with the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
  • Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
