- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast into the mayonnaise mixture, then coat with the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
