Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, cream together the peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and butter until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Bake: Spread the cookie dough evenly in the prepared baking pan. If desired, sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool and Serve: Allow the bars to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Cut into squares and enjoy!
