Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar together until smooth.
  • Stir in the chopped pecans and remove from heat.
  • In a 9×13 inch baking dish, layer graham crackers on the bottom.
  • Pour half of the pecan mixture over the graham crackers.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining graham crackers and pecan mixture.

  • Spread the whipped cream mixture over the top layer of pecans.
  • Drizzle maple syrup over the whipped cream.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
