- 2 bell peppers, chopped

- 2 cups shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Optional: 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Sauté the chopped bell peppers, onion, and garlic in olive oil over medium heat until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper, cooking for another 2 minutes to combine flavors.
- Melt the softened cream cheese into the beef mixture over low heat, stirring until fully combined.
- Optional: Stir in the sliced mushrooms and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Top with shredded cheese, covering the beef mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
